Zynsights Consulting is led by Founder and Principal, Susan Pelczynski. She brings 30 years of professional experience to the team and held roles including Managing Principal, Board of Directors and Design Studio Lead.
She also led the Futures Group, researching innovative ideas including Net-Zero Energy (NZE), IoT/Blockchain, Virtual Reality, Wellbeing in the Workplace among other forward-thinking initiatives.
Her most recent work with a global financial organization for new workplace strategy for their HQ and 108 country offices is focused on vibrancy, optimized real estate, intentional inclusion and sustainable practices.
With a network built across the commercial real estate sectors, interior design and architectural industry, she brings connections from diverse backgrounds such as corporate, legal, non-profit, retail or specialty organizations.
When advising, Susan is adept at leadership, business development, strategic hiring of principal or owner levels, brand; mission vision and story, design and implementation.
